Regency Homes was formed in 1997 by Derek and Martin Diamond. The company's first project was an 18-apartment development at Kings View on Bankhead Road, Glasgow. From this modest start, the company hasn't looked back and has been building successful developments throughout the Glasgow area ever since and recently elsewhere in Scotland. In 2005, Regency Homes became part of the Regency Group. The group comprises Regency Homes, Regency Construction and Regency Finance which provides funding for property developers. Now housed in purpose built offices in Glasgow, Regency Homes and its associated companies currently has around 100 employees has seen profits double from £800,000 in 2001 to £1.6m in 2006.

Nicola Diamond (Marketing Director)
Nicola has over ten years experience in the new homes industry and is responsible for the marketing and sales of new developments. She is also responsible for the overall marketing of the Regency Group.
Martin Diamond (Managing Director)
Martin focuses his expertise on the funding and documentation requirements for development opportunities. He has extensive experience in realizing the full potential of new developments.
Derek Diamond (Group Chairman)
Derek has extensive experience co-ordinating the key aspects of property development projects such as the purchase of land and agreeing on the appropriate types of property for each site.
Yaniv Zinger (Project Manager)
Yaniv has six years experience as an Engineer and Project Manager in the construction industry and applies innovative techniques learned abroad to keep Regency Homes at the cutting edge of property development in Scotland.
