Regency Homes Presents Model To Toddler Group
Glasgow based housebuilder Regency Homes presented a model of one of their developments to the Gaelic Parent and Toddler Group based at St Peter’s Primary School, Chancellor Street, Partick.
Marketing director Nicola Diamond explained: When we built our Dennistoun Village development we were based in Ferry Road, Partck and commisioned a large scale model of the developemnt for the benefit of potential homebuyers. Now, of course, we have no further use for it so we contacted Councillor Aileen Coleran of the Partick West ward to see if she had any suggestions for a suitable recipient.
“She suggested the Gaelic play group and we were pleased to go along with that.”
The model was handed over to play group leader Katie Ann (Nan) Macdonald, she said: “We have around 30 children who come from all over Glasgow to the Gaelic play group. We are always thankful for help and assistance and we are grateful to Regency Homes for donating this model. I know the children will have many happy hours playing with it.”
