REGENCY HOMES OFFERS CASH BACK OR PART EXCHANGE AT NEW BLACKWOOD VILLAGE, SOUTH LANARKSHIRE

With Christmas, and the New Year, upon us, some extra cash can certainly come in handy. Regency Homes is offering £4800 cash back or a choice of £400 per month cash back or mortgage contribution for 12 months, on selected new homes. The offers are available to those homebuyers who move in to their new home by January 31, 2008.

However, if cash is not such a problem, and you have a home to sell, why not ask Regency Homes about its Part Exchange scheme.

A visit to the development is a must with two showhomes available to view. The three bedroom detached Lammermuir and the three-bedroom semi detached Lawers are perfect examples of homes designed for family living.

Marketing director Nicola Diamond says: “With the extra expense families can have over this festive period, we hope our cash back schemes can help families to move to a new home earlier than they may have thought possible.

“And with prices starting from only £146,995, we think we are offering the best value in the area.”

Specification

New Blackwood Village comprises 65 three-bedroom semi and detached, and four-bedroom detached new homes in five house styles.

The high specification villas include fitted wardrobes in every bedroom, fully integrated kitchens that include stainless steel oven, hob and chimney hood; washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Both showhomes benefit from large kitchen/diners with patio doors to the rear garden and an ensuite to the master bedroom

Storage is generous, fittings are high specification, bathrooms and kitchens luxurious, and well designed, and room layouts flexible.

Location

The development is within easy reach of the M74 motorway allowing easy links to Glasgow and the rest of the Scottish central belt. That makes New Blackwood Village perfect for the commuter who wants to leave the stress of work each night and head back to the peace of the countryside.

Blackwood has all the amenities you would expect in a small village – a village store, pub and petrol station provide the everyday essentials. There is also a primary school in the village – and at the heart of the community.

For more shopping, the town of Lanark and the Glasgow suburbs are a short drive away and, of course, Glasgow city centre is about 30 minutes away for when you want the big shops or some exciting nightlife.

Details

The showhomes are open daily from 11am to 5pm. For further information, and full terms and conditions of the incentives, contact the sales and marketing centre on 01555 895243
