A busy time ahead is expected for housebuilder Regency Homes with the introduction of two new residential developments. Both are expected to launch in the next couple of months bringing over 230 new homes to the buoyant Scottish housing market.

Marketing Director Nicola Diamond is looking forward to an exciting time, she says: “A lot of hard work has gone into getting these developments at Blackwood and Jordanvale through the various planning and development stages.

Jordanvale Village, Glasgow, a collection of 172 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments is expected to start next month closely followed by 65 homes at New Blackwood Village, Blackwood, South Lanarkshire. This is a high specification development of three-bedroom semi and detached, and four-bedroom detached homes with five house styles.

The villas include fitted wardrobes in every bedroom, German designed kitchens that are fully integrated and include stainless steel oven, hob and chimney hood; washer/dryer and fridge/freezer.
